Pay your bill online

We are pleased to offer you the ability to pay your hospital bills online with a major credit card or an electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account. All data is encrypted to protect your confidential information.

This service is provided for hospital bills ONLY. View samples of hospital bills.

Pay your bill by phone

You can make credit card or e-check payments, or set up a payment plan by phone. Call Patient Financial Services at 913.588.5820 or toll free 877.287.6268. Hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Pay your bill in person

To pay your bill in person, visit our Cash Office in Admissions 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. It's located in the main lobby across from the Information Desk.

Most questions can be answered by visiting our Bill Payment FAQs. If you have additional questions, our financial counselors are available 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday at the hospital  in Room 1210 or at 913.588.5866.

Patient bill refund policy

If we owe you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after it has been verified by Patient Financial Services. We will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made the initial payment. For any questions concerning a refund due, call Patient Financial Services at 913.588.5820 or toll free 877.287.6268.
